Terms and Conditions for 2012
custom work. We can create custom ornaments for all your needs. We can
customize one of our designs for you or create a brand new design. Because the
work is done in our studios in Europe, please allow extra time for development
production and shipping.
v Minimum quantity order is 100 pieces of one design ( for Custom
Designs only).
v Company logo is only available on glass balls in sizes of 4”, 5”, and 6”.
v Custom design orders require 50% deposit on any order.
Regular orders:
Minimum order per customer is $250. All orders must be placed by March 31, 2012 and they will be delivered by the end of August, 2012.
New Accounts:
All new accounts must complete a New Account Applications that includes valid copy of a
Tax Resale Certificate and payment information. In addition, all new accounts require a 50% deposit with order.
Payment terms:
Deposit of 50% is expected upon order date, for orders of $1000 or more.
All final payments must be made before shipment. We accept following credit cards Visa,
Master Card, American Express and PayPal.
Shipping and handling :
All prices on Christmas Ornaments DO NOT INCLUDE shipping and handling
charges. Freight charges are added to the merchandise total, according to UPS,
FedEx or other shipping companies.
We do our best to package as many items together as possible, to save our
customers money on shipping charges.
Claims for damages:
All claims for damages must be submitted to Artpol,INC within 14 days of shipment
receipt. Claims made after the 14 day time period will not be honored.
Return Policy:
ARTPOL, INC does not accept returns. All sales are final on any orders.
We will gladly correct our errors at our own expense.
